A Message to Employers
Dear Employer,
Your employees want more...but I am not talking about the money.
I took a little poll on Linkedin the other day. I am a full time staffing recruiter and before that I was a business owner and coach extraordinaire for over 10 years. I believe in growth, chasing dreams and building upon opportunities.
Through my career as a coach and now as a recruiter I have been blessed with the opportunity to get inside the minds of many people, and one huge commonality that I find in the majority of these people is this.
People want to feel VALUED.
It is bigger than a pay check, value almost ALWAYS is intrinsic.
Most people want the opportunity to shine and show their true potential. So when interviewing your future employee if you want to ensure a great chance of success with this individual, please I beg of you....Don't be afraid to discuss their goals and how you can help them get there....
If you could see their potential, it is your duty to help them see it also.
True management is leadership, not simply tracking productivity.
I promise you, the productivity and passion will follow when they feel you truly care.
If you want to develop a team that cares about your business growth, you need to care about your team.
simple as that.
