Message of the Day - Letting go of the "WHY?!"

The "Why?" phase can be overwhelming and can trap you in your current stage of life. All too often when we are going through turmoil, change or just unpleasant moments in our life we can get stuck in the cycle of analyzing everything...
"Why is this happening to me?"
"Why am I going through this?"
"Why is this so hard?"
"Why am I not understanding this situation, what am I missing?"
These questions can be beneficial if the lesson is ready to present itself however; if your lesson is to have faith and trust that something/someone has got your back and you will thrive from this experience, these questions can trap you in victim mode and keep you stagnant.
It is so important to freely move with the natural ebbs and flows of life; trust with every cell in your body that you are experiencing exactly what you need to, as you need to... I know, I know - easier said than done but every time you catch yourself wondering "why" or trying to over-analyze your experience; take a few deep breaths, quiet your mind/ego and allow yourself to reconnect to your natural power source and feel the power of it energize your whole body as a sense of ease sets in.
Sometimes you don't need to know why, you just need to keep going in the direction that is calling you.
