MESH (Mentor,Engage,Support & Hire)

I am thrilled to share with you the incredible journey of our MESH program (Mentor, Engage, Support & Hire) at FactSet , where we embarked on a mission to empower and nurture the untapped potential of 15 talented individuals from different backgrounds. ??

Over the course of two weeks, we immersed these exceptional candidates into a holistic training experience, equipping them with essential skills in programming, collaboration, presentation, communication, Team Building, resume building, and interview etiquette. But it didn't stop there - we believed in going above and beyond by fostering an inclusive environment that extended far beyond training. ??

MESH was designed to provide a comprehensive externship program that encompassed both professional development and personal growth. We firmly believe that true empowerment comes from investing in every aspect of an individual's potential. Thus, we organized various activities, such as movie outings, dining experiences, and one-on-one meetings with our esteemed leadership team, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching journey for our participants. ???????

But the true highlight of the program was the opportunity for our students to engage with our visionary CEO ( Phil Snow ) directly. They had the chance to e-meet our CEO, ask insightful questions, and gain invaluable wisdom. These interactions served as a tremendous source of inspiration and motivation for our talented individuals, fueling their ambitions and reaffirming their potential. ????

To commemorate the culmination of this transformative program, we concluded with a grand celebration at the prestigious Le Meridian, where we gathered for a sumptuous lunch. It was a moment filled with joy, pride, and a strong sense of accomplishment, as we witnessed the growth and development of these exceptional talents throughout the program. ???????

The success of MESH would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our incredible team of mentors ( Kristen Panichella Sasikiran M. , Sailaja N. Venkat Raghavan Naveen Kudupudi Anupma Ranjan Murthy Ammanamanchi Vignesh Jogyala Uma Motupally Kira Irchirl Angelo Torres ) who selflessly devoted their time, expertise, and guidance to uplift these individuals. Their commitment and passion truly made a lasting impact on the lives of our participants. ????

We are immensely proud of the students who participated in MESH. They showcased immense resilience, determination, and eagerness to learn. Witnessing their growth and transformation into confident individuals ready to take on the world has been an incredibly rewarding experience for all of us at @Factset. ????
