Mesa Hotel Plan Moves Forward

A mixed use project including a hotel has been approved for Meza, Arizona.?The project would include a 124 guest room extended stay hotel and commercial retail center near Banner Gateway Medical Center. The project called Avalon Ranch, would be located at the southeast corner of Power and Elliot roads, just across the street from a future massive mixed-use project.?Avalon Ranch is being proposed by Avalon Development. Avalon also filed an application with the city of Mesa for an Aldi grocery store at the site that has since received approval.?Other plans for Avalon Ranch include EOS Fitness, 7-Eleven and Valvoline Auto Center.
