Merry Christmas & Happy New Year - our resolutions for 2020 & beyond

As 2019 winds down and the Christmas and New Year festivities begin to mesmerize us, perhaps it is also a time to reflect and assess the extent to which we achieved our individual goals set at the beginning of this year. Some may smile therefrom, ear to ear at that, others perhaps may wince. Be that as it may, none should be too hard on oneself – it has been a difficult year for the country and the world. Who would have ever imagined that our growth rate (India Inc) would go lower than 7%!. We have to accept the vagaries and vicissitudes of the macroeconomic environment in which we operate as individuals and as companies; those who implement plans and actions to navigate through the adversity are the ones to achieve relative peace; remember that it is in such adverse conditions that one’s real strength comes afore. Better times for India Inc are no doubt ahead – it always is.

Dear friends, well-wishers, partners, clients, team members, and other stakeholders - Aptus Data Labs is pleased to state that we have bucked the trend, to record commendable growth during 2019. Various business factors, no doubt, are responsible; however, I believe that the exemplary contribution of each and every member of Team Aptus Data Labs is the core factor in realizing this positive state of affairs. And the X Factor for our success? the increased experience and knowledge gained by our dedicated staff of the unique nuances of the business operations of our clients; this, I believe, makes us a bankable asset of our clients.

Going forward, we embrace the new year with simple resolutions to take us forward at the market place:

1.    Improve the alignment of our dedicated staff to our clients’ data and analytics platforms & analytical requirements (solutions & products way)

2.    Align ourselves fully to clients’ analytics journey, becoming a somewhat congenital extension of the client;

3.    Provide solutions, products, and accelerators to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency to clients so that we become even more bankable assets of clients.

4.    Improve company process so that new staff are market-ready on solution/product development with concurrent improvement

5.    Continuous learning of the clients’ business ecosystem as the business world metamorphoses and clients embrace the challenges of the changing macroeconomic environment;

6.    Creating competency on data and analytics technologies to strengthen our go to market

7. Building high strength & competency on domain/industry solutions

I believe that we have a mix of executive, management and professional analytical people to realize these resolutions in 2020 and beyond. I do, however, exhort Team Aptus Data Labs to imbibe these Aptus 2020 resolutions, assuring you of my personal attention and facilitation to achieve goals.

Finally, it gives me immeasurable pleasure to wish every one of you, and your loving family, a peaceful and merry festive season. May the new year bring great successes in the lives of each one of us and may we be blessed with grace so that we are able to overcome the challenges and impediments that assail us.
