?How does the feature work?

The ‘Teams’ and ‘Channels’ in Microsoft Teams correspond to the ‘Deals’ and ‘Streams’ within the MergerWare platform. The administrator can easily configure Microsoft Teams in the platform while the IT administrator can create corresponding Teams and Channels in Microsoft Teams. Thereafter, ‘Deals’ can be linked to ‘Teams’ and ‘Streams’ to the channels so that the notifications can be pushed from MergerWare to the specific Teams Channels.

?Deal Managers, Integration Managers, Stream Managers, Team members and External users (non-MergerWare platform users who can be added to the Teams channels), can receive updates on Microsoft Teams and take necessary actions. All these stakeholders do not need to be on the MergerWare platform all the time to get these updates.?

• Real-time updates: All users (with relevant roles in MergerWare platform) can get notifications about upcoming tasks, tasks that are nearing completion, and any key updates on Microsoft Teams channel(s) as they happen on MergerWare platform.
• Actionable notifications: Users can take any action on the platform (like updating tasks and statuses) through the link sent to Microsoft Teams.
• Summary view: Relevant roles can view a summary of the status of all the streams, for the active stage at the end of the day.
