Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries , a producer of packaged bakery foods, completed the acquisition of Simple Mills , a natural brand offering premium better-for-you crackers, cookies, snack bars, and baking mixes, for $795m, according to press releases.

Simple Mills was advised by Centerview Partners , Piper Sandler and Ropes & Gray LLP (led by Jackie Cohen and Stephanie Lapidus ). Flowers Foods was advised by RBC Capital Markets , 众达律师事务所 (led by?
