Cencora , a global pharmaceutical solutions company, completed the acquisition of a 85% stake in Retina Consultants of America , an ophthalmology and retina services provider, from Webster Equity Partners , a private equity firm, for $4.6bn.

Retina Consultants of America was advised by 高盛 , Rothschild & Co , Ogunbiyi Olajide and Reed Smith LLP . Cencora was advised by Lazard , 富而德律师事务所 (led by Damien Zoubek and Joshua Ayal ), Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP (led by Andrew Budreika ), Sidley Austin LLP and FGS Global (led by Kirsti Hastings ).

JBT completes the acquisition of Marel for €3.4bn.

JBT FoodTech , a technology solutions provider to the food & beverage industry, completed the acquisition of Marel , a multi-national food processing company, for €3.4bn ($3.5bn).

Marel was advised by J.P. 摩根 , BBA//Fjeldco , 贝克?麦坚时 (led by Brian Burke and Dieter Schmitz ) and Osborne Clarke . JP Morgan was advised by White & Case LLP (led by?Denise Cerasani).
