Private equity firms Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners , completed the acquisition of Smartsheet , a cloud-based work management platform, for $8.4bn, according to press releases.?

Smartsheet was advised by Qatalyst Partners (led by George Boutros and Jeff Chang), Fenwick & West (led by Ethan Skerry, Alan C. Smith, David Michaels and Katherine K Duncan), FGS Global (led by Andrew Cole). Financial advisors were advised by Goodwin (led by Joshua Zachariah, James Ding and Deborah Birnbach). Vista Equity Partners was advised by 高盛 , 摩根士丹利 and Kirkland & Ellis (led by Jonathan Davis and Andrew Norwich).
