Vandemoortele , a food group in Europe with a major presence in Italy, completed the acquisition of Lizzi S.r.l. , a producer and distributor of frozen bakery products, from FORNO D'ASOLO , a producer of frozen bakery products, according to press releases. Financial terms were not disclosed.
