Mill Point Capital-backed International Designs Group completed the acquisition of?Construction Resources from Monomoy Capital Partners.

Mill Point Capital-backed International Designs Group, an architect and home building firm, completed the acquisition of?Construction Resources, a home building materials and appliances supplier, from Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"The evolution of Construction Resources under our partnership has been remarkable. We are exceptionally proud of the management team and their accomplishments. The team was resilient and persistent throughout our ownership," Lee Mlotek, Monomoy Managing Director.

Construction Resources was advised by Lincoln International, Rothschild & Co and Ropes & Gray. Monomoy Capital was advised by MiddleM Creative.

PSG completed an investment in Fidelity Payment Services. (FS)

Providence Strategic Growth, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Fidelity Payment Services, a financial services company, with participation from HIG Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“Given PSG’s experience in payments, we recognized Fidelity Payment Services immediately as one of the few providers with a robust proprietary technology platform, putting the company in a unique position to address the complex needs of merchants and ISVs,” Marco Ferrari, PSG Managing Director.

Fidelity Payment Services was advised by William Blair & Co, Paul Hastings and Prosek Partners. PSG was advised by Weil Gotshal and Manges.

EnCap Flatrock Midstream completed a $200m investment in Vecino Energy. (FS)

EnCap Flatrock Midstream, a private equity firm, completed a $200m investment in Vecino Energy, a growth-oriented energy infrastructure company.?

“We have closely followed Vecino’s management team for years, and we are confident that they will bring a thoughtful approach to energy investment and operations, driven by the team’s extensive and diverse backgrounds, which span across multiple commodities, roles and basins,” Dave Kurtz, EnCap Flatrock Managing Partner.

Vecino Energy was advised by Kirkland & Ellis and FGS Global. EnCap Flatrock Midstream was advised by Winston & Strawn.

Infinity Group and AFC to acquire Lekela from Actis and Mainstream. (FS)

Infinity Group, an energy investor, and Africa Finance Corporation, a private equity firm, to acquire Lekela Poer, a renewable energy generation equipment company, from green energy companies Actis and Mainstream. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"It’s a testament to the work we have done in partnership with Lekela’s management team that Lekela was rated one of the highest performing companies globally by Sustainalytics, under its ESG Risk Rating assessment process in November 2021. In particular, Sustainalytics noted Lekela’s strong management of land use and biodiversity issues, business ethics, occupational health and safety and community relations," Shami Nissan, Actis Partner and Head of Sustainability.

Lekela is advised by Jones Day. Actis is advised by Citigroup and Clifford Chance.?

Bullhorn completed the acquisition of SourceBreaker.

Bullhorn, a cloud computing company, completed the acquisition of SourceBreaker, an online recruiting platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“We created SourceBreaker to change the way recruiters search. Now more than ever, our products can help expand the pool of talent and identify better matches between candidates and jobs. We’re incredibly excited to expand our reach by joining forces with Bullhorn, and we’re all looking forward to joining the team," Steve Beckitt, SourceBreaker Founder and CEO.
