Merger agreement: Tridius x Terralogic

DALLAS, April 1, 2023 -- Tridius Technologies, a highly experienced Microsoft consulting partner, and Terralogic Solutions Inc., a leading global technology consulting firm backed by Bridger Holdings, have reached a merger agreement. As part of the transaction, Tridius will join Terralogic's international consulting team, providing and specializing in delivering best-in-class Microsoft solutions. Matthew Ramsey , CEO, David Clark , CTO, and Kevin Wheat , EVP of Sales & Strategy, will lead the Microsoft Services Practice from within Terralogic.
