MercyAscot Private Hospitals, New Zealand's largest private surgical facility, has rolled out a pre-admissions digital patient pathway across Auckland’s MercyAscot hospitals and clinics. The pathway is expected to benefit up to 19,000 patients.?
Patients can now submit forms and access vital information seamlessly, ensuring they are well-prepared for their procedures. This digital approach allows staff to improve patient flow and reduces the stress and uncertainty associated with hospital admissions for patients.

Thanks to the two-way integration, the team now have real-time data synchronisation, ensuring documents and data are seamlessly updated across systems, reducing manual work, and providing a streamlined process.
