Mercury Analyzer Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer AFS 200
Basic Info
AFS is mainly applied to measure trace and ultra-trace Hg, As, Sb, Bi, Se, Te, Cd, Ge, Pb, Sn, Zn 11 metals in different matrix samples.
AFS has broad application range, involving environmental protection, health and epidemic prevention, food hygiene inspection, pharmaceutical inspection, urban water supply and drainage testing, cosmetics testing, soil, fertilizer, clinical medicine sample, geological surveys, metallurgical industry, education and research.
Hardware Configurations
1) Light source: using the artificial intelligence of the special high-performance hollow cathode lamp, alternating pulse power supply, duty cycle 1:17, modulation frequency 667HZ. The light source is able to intelligently identify the element light type, recording recommended working conditions, the maximum working conditions, having been working hours, maximum life and other information to facilitate the operator monitoring light source.
2) Optical system: A new non-dispersive optical system makes use of non-symmetric dual-channel light source design, which is located in the front, convenient adjustment. Within optical system, it equipped with flame real-time observation device, real-time monitoring equipment operation status. Install stray light eliminator to reduce equipment blank noise.
3) The signal receiver: using solar-blind PMT, only to receive UV optical signals, effectively inhibit the visible-band optical noise.
4) Hydride generation and reaction system configurations: a) AFS200T/N adopting a dual peristaltic pump sample injection control system and efficient gas-liquid separator, control mode is flexible and effective; b) AFS200S/P adopting joint sample injection control system of sequential injection and peristaltic pump and efficient gas-liquid separator, sample injection is accurate and stable.
5) Atomizer: Screened quartz furnace atomizer and argon-hydrogen flame automatic ignition device, of which atomizer height adjustment has two methods: automatic and manual, AFS200T/N adopts manual adjustment; AFS200S/P adopts automatic adjustment.
6) Gas flow control system configurations: a) AFS200T/S adopts dual-channel mass flow controller to control argon flow, Argon gas flow rate continuously adjustable, and have traffic monitoring, real-time alarm and saving gas functions; b) AFS200N/P adopts integrated valve island controller to control gas flow, fixed shielding gas flow, three levels control of carrier gas flow, functions of pressure monitoring real-time alarm, saving gas, etc.
7) Communication: USB 2.0 communication interface.
8) Circuit control system: using large scale integrated circuits, high integration and good stability.
