Mercer is looking for facilitators to participate in high impact leadership program

Following the recently formed strategic alliance with Pathway to Your Potential, Mercer is looking to expand the number of Affiliate Facilitators to meet blue-chip client demand of this high impact executive leadership development experience. Developing the confidence of high potential women to capture career opportunities is a major focus of the program; a proven ability to relate to and inspire this cohort is key.

This does not require you to have formal facilitation or training accreditation – we’re looking for people who have the ability to deeply connect with c-suite/senior executives, positively influence behavioural change and improve leadership effectiveness.

Credibility and confidence to engage and influence at c-suite level is mandatory. As is the ability to demonstrate and share your own professional/corporate experience (both successes and learnings). Your broad life experiences will be rich with your own examples of how you have influenced change for self and others.

Getting the balance right between constructively challenging mindsets and behaviours while providing a safe space for vulnerabilities to be shared is critical. Your purpose needs to align with being of service to others and your willingness to have an open mind to different perspectives.
