The education is globalised and good students google books and working papers off all 5 continents universities. I speak for my life experience. Attitude towards available knowledge in different platforms is the challenge in this 21 st century.
Canada, usa, australia, europe, china, india in every job position so what? Being native? how you can even compare a bachelor with a master or phd of another country? No chance. Nowadays with e-books, social networing Its like comparing a f3 driver with a f1 driver.
Like in this example, lack of attitude of profit and non-profit driven organizations towards present information and knowledge is the world′s biggest problem in all areas in motorsports, in diplomacy, poverty issues, natural resources exploitation, profit maximization.

Companies that require hr services for talent aquisition must be very alert cause in my case its a joke what′s happening internationally cause hr talent recruiting prefer the most confortable solution hiring nationals instead of foreigners with more years of certified education and social engagement. wake up, we live in a global village and companies are losing in talent aquisition like mercedes is losing in this stupid fight of two riders.
