Mercedes Benz of St. Charles Shines!

A big shout-out to Mercedes Benz of St. Charles (IL) part of the Resnick Group, GM Craig Falkenthal and Zak Smith who are all incredible! My 11-yr. old Lexus finally died at 145,000 miles... and it is such a pleasure, FIRST, being helped by great friends like Craig and Zak, and SECOND, doing business in my hometown. I am sitting in my office writing this and looking at my new ride... a 2015 E class coupe... a departure for me (typically sedan guy) but, the car is making me fall in love with driving again. I bet the feeling will last more than a month too. In fact it will be rekindled every time I stop at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles either on the way home for lunch, or for service or for just a car wash to say hello. St. Charles is a great place to live and work... is it not? Checkout the pic of my new black beauty from my office window... my parking lot looks pretty good right? Oh, yes, when I decided to make the purchase, I happened to walk into Craig's office at precisely 10:59 am on Jan 20... only to find Craig and his service manager Steve (great guy too) standing, yes standing to hear the televised inauguration of President Trump. Uplifting and very proud to be an American again and still. Craig tells me my purchase was the first vehicle sold under the new presidency. So, the message is ... have faith, stay positive and jump in, the water (at SCMB, the US and the planet) is just fine.
