Very appropriate, especially considering the news and circumstances we live and deal with today. Not to sound too sappy, but a song of the season comes to mind: "Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me..." A simple act of kindness leads us down that path.

It's not only a good thing to help people to make them and you feel better. But in addition to that, when you help someone with their tasks, they'll remember and be more inclined to help you in the future with yours.
