?? At the heart of our approach is the IMV Mentorship Playbook, a research-backed guide that helps mentors and mentees navigate the complexities of teaching and leadership.
?? Our Plays are designed to tackle real-world challenges—whether it's overcoming classroom struggles, building instructional confidence, or navigating leadership transitions.
?? Each mentorship cycle includes hybrid experience that includes a Kick-Off Session, Playbook Sessions, and Reflection Cycles, ensuring that both mentors and mentees have the tools, strategies, and structured support they need to thrive.
?? And because mentorship should be valued, mentors receive a $1,000 stipend per cycle for their commitment and impact.
