Mentorship Explored

Mentorship Explored

Really enjoyed our discussion last week about the importance of mentorship with a great group of your successful professionals from both inside and outside of mobility. Each one of them shared their thoughts and experiences of what to expect, how to be prepared, what works and maybe most importantly what doesn't.

Our panelists Erik Eccles, Howard Akumiah, Alita Watson and Hunter Horsley and many in the room were able to convey the the real benefits that emanate from these relationships. The inspiration and energy in the room sets the stage for BAMM's new program these opportunities no matter your role.

Thanks to Bay Area Mobility Management and their Young Professionals and Mentorship Teams Danielle Dahl, Sandy Beyer, Jawad Al-Kahwati, Christina Meyers and Sonder for hosting and setting up a mentorship framework to help put people together.

I am going to get involved, so should you.
