I was going through my photos today 4th July 2017 and I saw this picture. It reminds me of a great boss I once had...hmmm maybe two great bosses.

Dear young professional,

As much as it depends on you, associate yourself with people who will take your "little" hand in theirs and help you grow.

People who know your limitations yet are willing to challenge you to develop past them while guiding you all the way. Much like a parents knows their baby is little but s/he possesses the capacity to crawl, walk, run, jump, fly...

As much as you would love this phase of your life dear green horn, also do not be afraid when this person leaves you to fly. Great mentors recognize when you are ready...

Finally, my dear, when you grow, do not forget to be that kind of person who will give back by being a great mentor to someone.
