Mentoring is a superpower, and it's a gift held by only a few great leaders- who is your superhero/es?

"A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you."?—?Bob Proctor

A girl, with good intent and fairly intelligent, entered the corporate jungle, she survived but she lacked confidence and often doubted her abilities. She had potential, but she couldn't quite see it in herself.

As she grew older, she embarked on a journey through the corporate jungle. Coached, mentored and groomed by various mentors, each with a unique style and wisdom to offer.

Gardener Mentor: In her early years, she met an elderly gardener tending to a beautiful garden. The gardener noticed her hesitation and told her, "Just as I nurture these plants, you too can cultivate your skills and talents." she learned the importance of patience and nurturing her abilities.

Weaver Mentor: As she continued her journey, she came across a skilled weaver crafting intricate tapestries. The weaver said to her, "Every thread has a purpose in the tapestry of life. Your unique qualities are like threads waiting to be woven into a beautiful design." She realized that her uniqueness was a strength, and she started embracing her individuality.

Star Mentor: One night, while gazing at the stars, she met an astronomer who taught her about the vastness of the universe. He said, "Just like the stars, your potential is limitless. Don't confine yourself to a small corner of the sky; aim for the entire galaxy." She learned to dream big and set her sights on ambitious goals.

River Mentor: She encountered a wise river. The river flowed steadily and said, "Life is like a river, always moving forward. Embrace change and adapt to it. It will shape you into a stronger person." She understood the value of resilience and flexibility.

Mountain Mentor: Finally, as she started reaching the peak of her career, she met a seasoned mountaineer. He told her, "The path to success is challenging, but every step you take brings you closer to the summit. Believe in your ability to conquer obstacles."

Each mentor saw more than she did, in terms of talent, confidence and supported her evolve into the person she was meant to be.
