Mentor Needed For World Changer:

To mentor is to utilize the knowledge advice and resources of another to achieve specific goals. It is a non-paid position. A mentor is a person who is in your corner for the long term. A mentor will have to be a Jack of all trades: I know for sure that I was not put on this earth just to work for someone else making them rich. I am an entrepreneuarl and an out of the box thinker. When someone tells me it can't be done I will find a way.

Mentor Requirements: 1. Advisor 2. Guide 3. Counselor 4. Therapist 5. Trainer 6. Consultant 7. Motivaor 8. Teacher 9. Someone I trust 10. Available

When I say available; I mean someone I could call, meet with, text or video chat with when I have a career or business problem. Someone who shows me where to look for an answer but not what to see. Someone who possess the characteristics of Yoda and/or Mr. Miyagi.

Please note: I am not looking for a pen pal or sex. I am not a child right out of H.S. but a well educated mature woman with many degrees and a lifetime of work experience both working for others and within a family business.

What I want my mentor to help me with:

1. Clarity of purpose 2. Breaking down steps to meet my goals 3. Keeping me accountable like a teacher requiring homework. 4. Help me to focus. 5. Show me what I am not seeing. 6. Keep me motived 7. Someone who could reel me in when I get off course or distracted!!!
2. Help me to achieve my life goals: 1. Publish my book 2. Have a profitable business in the music industry that helps people 3. Travel the world spreading love and understanding while listening to great music.

What I have to work with: 2,252 LinkedIn followers, 37 LinkedIn articles and 500+ LinkedIn music industry connections.

1. An established LLC Brick House Talent d.b.a. Music Promo BHT complete with a website www.musicpromobht.com a twitter page @musicpromobht with 1,991 followers and a Facebook page Music Promo BHT 540 people like it and 533 follow the FB page.

2. A rough draft of a business plan and mission statement for a non-profit: Music Great Cure Center. Big dreams, big plans and a passion for helping others.

3. A 175 page rough draft of an inspirational book which I want to use as a catalyst for my speaking career.

I used to have this posted on my LinkedIn profile front and center.

I got a lot of crazy phone calls from people who wanted me to donate money to their causes. On the bright side some very influential people liked the article! What I Love To Do: What I will do anyway: People say do what you love and the money will come. Dream Life: Listen to good music, help others grow & prosper, spend time on the beach and travel. *Music….play music in my car really loud and dance and move my hands crazy like while driving. +++Best part of the day! *I love being with people. *Social media….Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google plus. I can’t help myself. I have to check in every several hours. I have to know what is going on and I don’t watch much T.V. *Helping others, you can’t make me stop this! I will do this even if I get into trouble. Doing what is just and right like in the bible. Speak & Teach the world about Love & Peace. *Go to museums….love museums…..went to like 30 of them in England and France. *I like to travel, to explore new places, meet new people from different back grounds and religions. I am a very open person and someone who is easy to talk to. *Trade shows…My ex and I owned, promoted and financed several a lot of work but also a lot of fun. Liked working with vendors, exhibitors, facility staff, setup crews, lighting crews, electricians, parking crews, banquet managers….you name it. Including union personnel and the IRS: all part of Show promoting. *Travel Planner….I love planning and traveling, the things to do once you get there…not the actual travel arrangement part which is boring. *I am very detail oriented and like finding the “correct way”. Do full time careers in the music industry exist that would make me happy?*Inspirational writer/speaker? Certainly I have been through a lot in my life. Stories like “Unbroken” and Oprah Winfrey’s both have similarities to mine. I am a prolific writer.* Something with cars: race cars, exotic cars or just beautiful. *Love animals. *I am interested in Philanthropy. Fundraising is one of my passions.
