About Tonya. Tonya is known as a Culture Guru and Agile Jedi. She combines leadership coaching, lean thinking and agility to develop high performing individuals and teams. As a Solutions Delivery Director for Cox Automotive, she supports one of the top revenue drivers that transforms the way cars are bought and sold within the Automotive industry. In addition, Tonya is a John Maxwell team member, life coach, and DISC trainer, teaching self-awareness through understanding behavioral styles thereby reducing anxiety and improving communication within teams and promoting a healthy team culture.
About Teresa. Teresa is a dynamic, customer focused technology and business executive with extensive accomplishments in engaging clients, building relationships, and impacting results. Since starting as a super user administrator with Sterling Drug in Philadelphia over 31 years ago, she has held global and North American leadership positions with companies such as Pactiv, SmithKline Beecham, Hewitt Associates and General Electric. She is currently the Director of Business Development and Engagement at AXIA Consulting where she leads and advises multiple outreach and evangelism initiatives. She serves as a guiding mentor and coach for up and coming aspiring leaders, is a major supporter of women’s leadership and STEM organizations and is active in many philanthropic and charitable causes.
