Mentor Coaching .. Sharpen Your Skills and Gain ICF CCEUs

Siobhain Whitty ICF PCC and I are delighted to share that our Group Mentor Coaching programme has been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and awarded 17 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs); 15 are Core Competency and 2 are Resource Development. This means that:

* For those who are submitting an ICF credential application for the first time and need 10 hours’ mentor coaching, you can be assured that our Group Mentor Coaching Programme meets (and goes above and beyond) the ICF’s coaching education standards

* For those who are renewing your ICF credential, this means that you can count these 17 CCEUs towards the 40 units required for your renewal application

* For those who intend to apply for their ICF credential via the Portfolio path, these CCEUs will be accepted as coach-specific education and training

We have started working started with another wonderful new group of coaches, our fourth in the six months since we started delivering this programme. Collaborating and partnering with coaches through mentor coaching is such rewarding and enjoyable work … so come and join us!
