All of us have a degree of mental strength. On the other hand, there’s always room for improvement. I believe that mental strength is the core of everyone’s happiness and success. If you have mental strength, you will set specific standards for your happiness, so you will act according to the values that reach you to this level of happiness. In addition to you will behave in a positive manner which drive you to the desired success. So, what does it mean Mental Strength?
Mental Strength is all about controlling and regulate your emotions and behavior to act according to values which reach you to behave with positive manner regardless the circumstances and achieve your Self-esteem.
What are the factors that determine your Mental Strength level?
1- Genetics.
Genetics play an important role in happiness, mental disorders, and a lot of illness. Unfortunately, genetics cannot be neither changed nor controlled.
2- Personality.
Personality traits have a direct impact on the way you look at everyday situations. It is having important role in the way of communication either positively or negatively. thinking emotionally or realistically.
3- Experience.
All situations you passed by influence your way of thinking about yourself and about others.

Feeling sorry for yourself is self-destructive. It leads to new problems and can have serious consequences. It’s a waste of time, it leads to more negative emotions, it can become a self-fulfilling prophecy. It causes you to overlook the good in your life.

When we hate our enemies, we are giving them power over us: power over our sleep, our appetites, our blood pressure, our health, and our happiness.
If you are wasting your feeling and time thinking about your enemies or competitors, you depend on them to regulate your feelings. and let other people define your self-worth. in addition to you avoid addressing the real problem.

You are driven by your habits. either it is good or bad. if you replaced your bad ones with good ones definitely you are the final winner.

Regardless of whether you are internal or external locus of control person. you can't control the circumstance around you. but you can control your thoughts, behavior, emotions. you can increase your strengths and decrease your weaknesses.

You have to believe that you can't satisfy everyone. If you try to do this you will waste your time and energy, and your family rights on you. start leaning to say NO to anything or anyone makes you move away from your values. Behaving assertively even when speaking up may not be well received.

When you make the same mistake over and over you won’t reach your goals. The problem won’t get solved. You may begin to view yourself as incompetent because you can’t get rid of a certain obstacle.

When you resent your friend's success or your colleague's success, you are creating a motive of inequality, you will act blindly ignoring your weaknesses and areas of development. instead, create your own definition of success. Replace negative thoughts that breed resentment with more rational thoughts Celebrating other people’s accomplishments Focusing on your strengths. Cooperate rather than compete with everyone.

Failure is a fundamental part of success process. Don’t be afraid of failure as these are the taxes you pay to reach your goal. try again and again but in a different way. because if you tried the same way, you are repeating the same mistake.

Learning how to appreciate silence Taking a few minutes every day to be alone with your thoughts Scheduling a date with yourself at least one time a week Learn how to meditate to quiet your mind. This will make you more focused on your goals.

Nothing in real life is happening in one click. Every goal needs dedicated time and effort. but you reach shortly. draw a well-defined plan to your goal and expect what difficult it will be, find accurate ways to measure your progress, celebrating milestones along your journey, and coping with negative feelings in healthy ways.
