MENTAL LONELINESS
'They say it takes a village to raise a child'.
What if there are far fewer people in the village to assist the child? It can be a huge misfortune for the child. There's a tremendous cost of not having people with the same goal around you. It can cost you everything. Let me explain.
According to Harvard Medical School, data has shown that loneliness and isolation bear the same health risks as smoking and obesity.
This happens when you're physically lonely.
However, there's a far dangerous one.
It's called Mental Loneliness
Mental loneliness will not only hurt your productivity, it will not just slow down your progress in life; (if allowed to fester on), it will quietly and silently break you into pieces - except you do something about it.
There's a proverb that says "it takes a village to raise a child".
In the case of mental loneliness, it takes a community to overcome it.
I read a story recently about a neighborhood in the city of San Francisco, where they show their appreciation and support for the health officials by banging pots and pans together every 7pm to cheer the workers who volunteer to take care of Covid-19 patients who are under self isolation and lonely.
According to the leader of the volunteer team - Dr. Ingrid, he said "it makes it a little bit easier to go out and help those in need".
Now, what does any of this have to do with you?
Well . . . I want you to understand that, every tangible growth in life starts from being part of a unit.
- Family
- School
- Workplace
- Village
- State
- Country etc.
We are all part of a unit, a community.
You being in this group simply means you are part of a community.
I don't know what you are going through and how you're dealing with it but if at any point, it feels like you're losing yourself mentally, please do not hesitate to reach out.
And if for whatever reason, you feel that your challenge is beyond the leadership of this group, by all means seek help, support and clarity from another unit.
Do it.
Again, the community you choose to belong to doesn't matter much in the grand scheme of things.
What matters most is for you to have access to one.
Having said that . . .
. . . if your challenge is not mental loneliness but . . .
"money loneliness"
or
"account balance loneliness"
The time has finally come for you and I to solve this problem once and for all.
If your goal is to generate a substantial amount of income this year, I can't think of a better community for you to be in.
In the next 21 days, I'll gradually reveal the result of the experiment I've been working on.
Watch this space, pay attention and follow the instructions to the T.
If all it takes is a village to raise a child then, it shouldn't be difficult to succeed in a community filled with people who are on the same mission.
Are you on the same mission with us?
We will find out in the next 21 days.
Till then, stay purposeful ??
