In the 21st century, we have achieved many technological advances which made our lives easy and convenient no doubt about that, but at the same time, we have created multi-fold challenges for ourselves that our brain does not process positively.
And it's perfectly fine, all not BUDDHA who have achieved a state of enlightenment.
Challenges and problems, are part of our lives and will always be there till we have the aspirations to achieve something big.
Real danger does not start with the initial stage but it expands with our response to it. Sometimes, we feel helpless in the advent of these kinds of situations, and if we don’t find any shoulder to ease our pain OR to hear these inner conflicts. This leads to the latter stage called “self-destruction” though the degree matters from person to person and this is the genesis of a grave situation with terrible consequences sometimes leading to SUICIDE.
90% of all suicides are committed by people who experience diagnosable mental illnesses.
Every year close to 800 000 people take their own life and there are many more people who attempt suicide. Suicides are often impulsive and can be prevented at the last minute.
Every suicide has long-lasting effects on the people left behind.
We are, not behavioral psychologists who could diagnose and apply behavioral science approaches at these times, but what we all can do is listen (Solutions may vary) and ask him/her to vent out all the temporary emotions which are creating mental imbalance.
Those who are in my circle and going through some rough phase of life, you are not alone my dear friend we all are in the same boat.
I am here to listen to you, just one call away…… Reach out to me.
