QUARANTINE Wellness Tips

 A word of encouragement during a failure is worth more than an hour of praise after success. Human history is full of evidences of epidemics because of the mass Consciousness created by Fear of the disease. Life and Mother Nature has its own way to unfold things which we might never understand. As soon as humans start thinking that they have everything under control, nature has its own way of humbling us and keeping us grounded. Nature achieves that perfect balance by unleashing a continuous contend between Energy and Forces. Energy try to polarize things while Force try to recombine them back. Life is just a by product of this contention having purpose of making this tussle appear to us as balance. Though nature has a special way to get everything in balance, the life on the earth plane as a human cannot be in perfect balance like that maintained by nature.

With various level of Consciousness in the universe, there is seldom a balanced state. Everything is related to the other, even though they are separate, one influence the other as they both are within the same pattern of evolution in the universe. Nature has balance but we can’t say balanced is balance with the imbalance, it is definitely not balanced. The imbalance in this regard is because of humans. It is not just that we humans have created an imbalance in Universe by consuming forest and its inhabitants but also have maintained the imbalance in rich poor parity among ourselves. Instead of rebroadcasting the negative energies of fear, panic, and helplessness; begin reprogramming your own mind and spirit with health, hope, and visions of healing towards others.

The kinds of diseases change through historical periods according to human behavior towards nature. The facts are that you choose even the kind of illness that you have according to the nature of your beliefs. You are immune from ill health as long as you believe that you are. Some point to mass beliefs that have brought about certain physical conditions as well as psychological that are affected at all levels. They often go hand-in-hand with war, and represent biological protests. Whenever the conditions of life are such that its quality is threatened. The quality of life must be at a certain level so that individuals of a species - of any and all species - can develop. In human species, the spiritual, mental and psychic abilities add a dimension that is biologically pertinent.

The inner self always attempts to maintain the body's equilibrium and health, but many times your own beliefs prevent it from coming to your aid with even half of the energy available to it. The dynamics of health reside in the consciousness of each being. In your terms they are regulated by emotions, desires, and thoughts. There simply must be, for example, a freedom to express ideas, an individual tendency, a worldwide social and political context in which each individual can develop his or her abilities and contribute to the species as a whole. However it is your duty, and the duty of every individual insofar as it is within his power, to maintain his own psychic health and vitality; according to the strength of this vitality he will protect himself and others.

The more we talk, the more we invite it in our experience. The more we talk about any illness, flu or C-virus; the more we believe it to be around; then the more we go closer to that illness, that flu or that C-virus; yup it is so. It is something like asking for it; and we get it; yup it is because; the more we talk about it the more it becomes active in our Energy vibrations. Fear is a very strong Vibration and more Fearful we are of any epidemic it becomes; more a reality very fast; it's the Law of Attraction. The more you feed the Energy of Fear the more profound it becomes. Ignore the things you don't want to participate in. Stop discussing it with family and friends; stop checking out the latest statistics on C-virus. The creation of anything is to give thought to it by keeping it active in our Thought Vibrations by being Fearful of it. The only way to keep any kind of illness or flu or C-virus away; is to not talk about it and it will dissipate itself. Let us take our attention away and It has no power on us. Let us flow in ever flowing stream of Consciousness of Joy, Health and Well-being.

For a person who lives in high vibrations, that is, in the Soul, it is not more dangerous than acute respiratory infections / immune system / aura, because the body of a healthy person "vibrates" in the higher ranges. Only occasionally, for various reasons, it slides in lower vibrations due to geopathic / chosen negative circumstances. The reasons for this can be various disorders in the energy balance (emotional exhaustion, hypothermia, chronic diseases, nervous tension, fatigue etc). Like any other virus, (COVID-19) has a low vibration with a closed electromagnetic circuit structure, with a resonance frequency of approximately 5.5 - 14.5 Hz. In the higher ranges it is not active and, from the 27.5 Hz (nature's own frequency) and higher ranges, the virus dies. Although we consider the situation from the scientific point of view, it becomes evident that a person who does not increase his vibrations will soon leave the earth plane in one way or another, and neither the high social spheres nor the accumulated capital will help him. You can increase the vibrations by working with yourself and stimulating behaviors of conscious unity and unconditional love.

More and more, the quality of your lives is formed through the subjective realities of your feelings and mental constructions. Again, beliefs that foster despair are biologically destructive. They cause the physical system to shut down. Such conditions, however, are the results of beliefs, which are mental, and so the most vital work must always be done in that area. This disease treats us all equally and reminding us that we are all equal, regardless of our culture, religion, occupation, financial situation or what we are. It is reminding us that we are all connected and something that affects one person has an effect on another. It is reminding us of how important our family and home life is and how much we have neglected this. Stick to a routine, write a schedule that is varied and includes time for work as well as self-care including sleep and wake up at a reasonable time. If you are concerned of contact, try first thing in the morning, or later in the evening, and try less traveled streets and avenues.

There are many YouTube videos that offer free movement classes, and if all else fails, turn on the music and have a nice time with your family. Stay hydrated and eat well. Develop a self-care toolkit. This can look different for everyone. An idea for each; photos of vacations, comforting music, a journal, an inspirational book, or a mandala coloring, through visually appealing on controlling breath also good for anxiety regulation. Find something that is creative (sculpting, drawing, dancing, music, singing, playing) and give it your all. Find something you can control, organize your bookshelf, purge your closet, put together that furniture. Find a long-term project to dive into. Now is the time to learn how to play the keyboard, paint a picture, read the important book series, solve a quiz box, find something that will keep you busy, distracted, and engaged to take breaks from what is going on in the outside world. See how relieved you can feel. Find lightness and humor in each day. For children, it is great to help them create a self-regulation comfort box. Spend extra time playing with children. Children will rarely communicate how they are feeling, but will often make a bid for attention and communication through play. Do not introduce major behavioral plans or consequences at this time - hold stable and focus on emotional connection. Focus on safety, attachment and strengthening the connection through time spent following their lead that you will be there for them in this time.

We can choose to cooperate and help each other, to share, to give, to help and to support. This can be a time of reflection and understanding, where we learn from our mistakes, or it can be the start of a cycle which will continue until we finally learn the lesson we are meant to. Each person will have moments when they will not be at their best. It is important to move with grace through, to not show up to every argument you are invited to, and to not hold grudges and continue disagreements. Everyone is doing the best they can to make it through this. It is important that people think through their own separate space for work and for relaxation. Expect behavioral issues in children, and respond gently. We are all struggling with disruption in routine, none more than children, who rely on routines constructed by others to make them feel safe and to know what comes next. It's not a time to panic but a time to be cautious. It's not a time to be scared but a time to be determined to fight it. It's not a time to be self centered by hoarding stuff, rather sharing and showing that you care. It's a time to be sensitive, to be compassionate, yet being vigilant.

We are doing too many things in this moment, under fear and stress, so lower your expectations and practice radical self-acceptance. Instead, give yourself what psychologists call “radical self acceptance” accepting everything about yourself, your current situation, and your life without question, blame, or push-back. You cannot fail at this - there is no road-map, no precedent for this, and we are all truly doing the best we can in an impossible situation. Limit social media and COVID conversation, especially around children. The information is often sensationalized, negatively sky-ed, and alarmed. Find a few trusted sources that you can check in, limit it to a few times a day. Keep news and alarming conversations out of earshot from children.

Notice the good in the world, the helpers. There are also a ton of stories of people sacrificing, donating, and supporting one another in miraculous ways. Stay in gratitude with a "Big Thanks" to all the service peoples who in this crucial time are still doing their job and making your life normal. It is important to counter-balance the heavy information with the hopeful information. If possible help others. Find ways, big and small, to give back to others, check in with elderly neighbors, share psychological wellness tips for others - helping others gives us a sense of agency when things seem out of control. Our emotional brain is very receptive to the creative arts, and it is a direct portal for release of feeling. There are mental health people on the ready to help you through this crisis. If you have a therapist or psychiatrist, they are available to you, even at a distance.

There is help and support out there, any time of the day - although we are physically distant, we can always connect virtually. Keep up your medications and your therapy sessions the best you can. Your children’s teachers and related service providers will do anything within their power to help, especially for those parents tasked with the difficult task of being a whole treatment team to their child with special challenges. Seek support groups of fellow home-schoolers, parents, and neighbors to feel connected. Remind yourself daily that this is temporary and will go out with some time from now, it is a season of life and it will pass. We will return to feeling free, safe, busy, and connected in the days ahead. My humble advice to everyone is not to panic at all, stay safe wherever you are avoid travelling and public places. We all need to unite and fight against corona-virus and stand for each other. We will do everything needed to support our society at this time.
