Mental health = wealth

I’m sure you already know this, but when you struggle with disconnection, loneliness, or feeling down, it can seem impossible to overcome it. At least that’s how I felt.

But it is possible to turn things around. Fast!

This ONE simple thing has the potential of becoming a game changer for you:

Help one person every day.

Doing something for someone else is the fastest way to feel better about yourself, to feel seen and valued, and to create connection.

It doesn’t have to be something big. Comment on someone’s social media post. Give a compliment. Give someone your undivided attention – even for just a minute. Come up with an idea for someone, and share it.

Want to know what's sweet about this?

Not only are you helping someone else, you are helping yourself. When you bring value to people, you become invaluable.

And from there, anything is possible.

To YOUR mental wealth,

Unni

PS: I'm giving a short 30-minute FREE training on Thursday February 2 about how to feel confident in these uncertain times. I have a few spots left!! Sign up here to reserve yours.
