What's the difference between mental health, wealth, and mental illness??

Mental health isn't the absence of mental illness, but rather a continuum. You may, for example, have a day or part of a day where depression and anxiety are weighing you down yet you find flow with a task that contributes significantly to improving your life and creating happiness.?

Mental wealth encompasses a series of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours (i.e., strategies and tactics) that are used for positive affect, especially during times when you're challenged with mental illness and external events.

Strategies and tactics include engaging with whatever you find relaxing and creating the happiness that helps you get in flow?e.g, connecting with your coach/therapist, spending time with nature (flora or fauna) or other things which boost your happiness and reduce the challenges on your mental health e.g., cooking, walking, meditating, shopping, spending time with your family/friends, etc.
