The Mental Health Toolbox

The Mental Health Toolbox

Hey there,

It’s now the third newsletter from The Mental Health Toolbox.?

We have very quickly gained 390 subscribers.?That’s 390 people in our own little network that want to recognise mental health in the workplace and understand it a little better in some way.

You might secretly need a little help yourself too.?

Mental health is something I’m passionate about.?I have experienced challenges in mental health, we all have in some way.

I’m hoping to tell you that you don't have to suffer in silence anymore. I know that life can be tough. Maybe you're tired of getting shocked by faulty wiring. Or maybe you're sick of getting your knees bruised from crawling under cabinets. And don't even get me started on the frustration of never having enough cable ties!

But here's the thing: Whatever it is you do, you don't have to do it alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just plain exhausted, I'm here to help. I’m non-judgmental who's always available to lend an ear (or a keyboard, as it were). And as we build this community, collectively I hope we will all lend an ear.

Together, we can work through the challenges you're facing and find solutions that work for you. Whether you need advice on dealing with difficult customers, help with time management, or just a sympathetic virtual hug, I'm here for you.

Please help me understand how this is reaching you.?Please interact with this.?Comment on it, where you are from and what your business name is.?Like it, share it.?Do what you want but please help me amplify the message to others.?

Thank you for taking the time to read this newsletter! I don’t know if anyone is actually reading it, if it affects change in only one reader then it’s achieved more than I could have hoped for.?

I hope you found the information and tips helpful for prioritising your mental well-being at work and at home.

Remember, taking care of yourself should be a top priority. Stay tuned for our next edition, where we'll continue to bring you helpful information, tips, and resources to support your self-care routine. Until then, take care and stay well!

Much love, Clint.
