Mental Health Testimony

Hello, my name is Lindsey Maxtopoulos and I want to share with you my experience with ENSELE. They have been life savers for me. So I've been going there for a year and due to Covid my life kind of got flip-flopped just like a lot of people's has. I was living in Nashville for five years and then I lost my income so I moved back here to California. And once I moved back here to California, I felt hopeless, I felt lost. I was dealing with depression. I'm generally a holistic type natural person and I started going on depression medication and just drowning my sorrows with alcohol. I didn't know what to do. I felt like it was doomsday with Covid. I'm a spiritual person. I go to church back in Nashville. ENSELE was there to save the day and I'll forever be grateful for them. After two months I went off my depression, medication, my drinking went significantly down and I was feeling a sense of joy I haven't feel in years.
