How to be Future ready with your personal life barriers?


Well, everyone has different way of living. Besides every successful person there will be a failure story. "Failure"?and "Success" seems to be different opponents. However, they are internally connected with each other. Surprisingly, failure leads to great successes and great success also leads to great failure after certain period of time.?


~ What is the best way to keep yourself in #working stage? To win the race at the end or a #job

Q1. Why are you in a your current position or situation?

Ans: Just because of your mind barriers. You either feel underconfident or the situation doesn't allow you to go beyond it. Mind barriers are nothing, But just an imaginary stoppage of not being so confident about any specific thing/work/job. You must have heard that controlling your mind can save your from many worst situations and can give you better solutions.


~ Does it feel good to get instructions/controlled by someone else?

*No, right then why are we allowing our mind to give instructions to us. When we can handle situations in a better positive way

- How to practice for Positive Mind to have better control in your life?

Steps:

Control your emotions and feelings to start this wonderful Mind training exercise.?

Sit relax and deep breath (start counting 1 to till you feel comfortable with eyes closed) & Focus on your breathing (Think golden light travelling from Nostrils to lungs).

Once you able to have full control and focus on your breath. Start giving solutions to your mind for whatever barriers you are in. Always speak solutions in mind, Face yourself in Mirror and say "whatever problems you have faced till now. I'm sorry for being namby-pamby. But now I will take care of your good health" Do this on daily basis as per your convenient time.

Don't be a fighter, run away from situations whichever creating problems for you. Time has changed, people have changed. Lots of negativity is around. Being a fighter you will harm your #mentalhealth

Note : You can give an easy solution, fake promises, lie to your mind. There is no harm to do that. After sometime, you will notice positive change. It will make your mind more dependable on what you want from it. Rather than mind giving your instructions.


"Let's assume, Mr. XYZ having a 6 years of experience as software developer. His goal of life is to earn money with stable job and to satisfy his & family needs. He will be wasting his entire life in being a piggy bank. Which will leads to....

Disinterest - Pressure - Tension - Depression (Which is more common these days or I must say trending these days)"


~ Reason why Depression is increasing like a fire in a forest?

* Now a days, we all are getting trapped in each other's mind barriers, insecurity, failures and so on. Corporates can take the 60% of blame on themselves without hesitation. Every person working in a big company or a small company, might have felt being assaulted emotionally and physically too. Treating your team member as a servant and disrespecting can ruin his entire day/month/year along with affected productivity.?

Is it happening for any specific reason which has not been fulfilled? No, It’s just someone putting his own barrier on someone else.?

Management Hierarchy should be forced in such a way that its becomes compulsion to be nicer to each other. Rather than just focusing on work, they should focus on what your team member wants


Q2. What are you doing for yourself?

Updating yourself, learning new skills, having good repo with your bosses is not just the way to give your mind a relaxing state. It will come when you will find your own goal/interest which will make you feel proud, happy all the time. Which will divide your goals in two ways apart in work and personal journey for a better life style.?


Q3. Is saying NO to work is unprofessional? or you think saying yes to every work is a sign of good employee?

Politely saying "No" with a reason is not a bad thing. When you work on a project. You are the only person who knows the actual duration of your work. Saying yes, just to make a good impact on your boss, Might reduce your productive side in work. There is no harm to put your point of view. You can confidently say no "It will be difficult to complete in the expected time frame, But I will try my best as much as I could." At the end we all are humans with same body mechanism.?


Q4. How will you survive if your company fired you tomorrow morning without any reason?

If you want to get succeeded in your life. Start working on this most important question. "Jobs are not permanent." Your skills, Interest of doing your work passionately will make you permanent.
