Mental Health Matters: Creating Awareness To Prevent Mental Illness
PVR NEST in its initiative 'SDG Expressions' brings to you diverse voices on issues that are vital to our everyday life, yet often go undiscussed. We believe that this platform will mainstream these conversations for a more equitable and sustainable world. In this edition, as we celebrate this year's World Mental Health Day, we deliberate upon the idea of mental health of the people which has been adversely impacted by the COVID pandemic.

3 年Mental health is very important for a person as it leads to peace and helps in proper concentration in all the activities. Mental health issues should be raised and talked about with seriousness . Unlike physical health mental health is also most important. People should not think it the old way that Devi aa gayi he, bhoot lag gaye he. The concerned person should be taken to a psychologist and his/her problems should be seriously dealt without joking.
