The term ‘mental health’ normally refers to your state of mind. Positive mental health is about feeling a general sense of wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem. By having good mental health is not just so you can get through the day, but so you can form healthy relationships with others, and enjoy and create the life you want.
And your mental health deserves to be taken seriously. If you feel like you’re not coping, the best thing you can do is ask for help. But while we all have our ups and downs, ongoing mental health issues can be a sign of a mental illness. Mental illnesses, such as depression and anxiety disorders, have a bigger impact on thoughts, feelings and behaviour than mental issues, and can feel overwhelming. Fortunately, mental illnesses can usually be effectively treated or managed.
Some of the most common mental illnesses that are known to us are anxiety, depression, Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and so on. However, we need to take further steps to understand what the real mental health issues by getting professional help from psychiatrist doctor, counsellor or psychologist first to learn to find out as much as possible about your condition, what can trigger symptoms, the best treatments, and how to help yourself and also get support to make an effort to talk to family and friends, even if you don’t feel like it sometimes.
It is important to connect with those who care. The community help as well as getting the best treatments you can, find out what support is available in the community that suits your individual needs. Everyone is unique and it’s important to find the kind of support that helps you best at any one time. At personal level, a person’s mental health can be said is confined only to that person and it won’t affect much to others in family or a group. It is basically your feelings, emotions and tolerance/perseverance capability. It is important for your personal growth, whether your physical growth or facing a challenging environment, your personal mental strength will provide you to sustain yourself.
And at the family or at group level, here one’s living style, mood, attitude or behavior will definitely affect others. so when we talk about the mental health of a group or in family, team spirit is counted and one must avoid personal issues here. Then at national Level, how well a nation’s standard of living and the social environment is, can be said as the reference point to measure the mental health in average and at international Level, how well the countries relationship is with each other in the world can be counted as a general mental health. If there is any dispute between any nation, it is counted as the tension between nation’s.
Its is very necessary for good life, in fact its a initial start before your body think to start or make decision to do. Actually the many cases is arising in this year, because the impact of Covid -19 is very deep. People are together live for many days and the first time able to understand each other, but some where the crowd is too much like a joint family ,they started fighting to each other on the reason of fake faces behind the normal days. That is why they known each other by their personality and words. The many cases are arising related to the mental health, the mental stress is increasing too much in the year 2020. 4 年Kishore Shintre, thank you for sharing your thoughts on a disease that stays hidden because of the fear of being vulnerable or appearing defective. IMO, I have always believed in the benefits of therapy. It is important to research the modalities available. The key is to fund the right counselor. There has to be a level of "connection" for the process to be successful.
