Mental Health <--> Get Real Coaching
The message in the poster above isn’t as simple as it sounds. There’s a huge amount of work in “making mental health a priority.”
Here’s the thing:
1. We cannot fix stuff just by knowing what the stuff is.
2. We cannot fix “leaks” by daintily stepping beside
puddles, hoping we don’t get wet.
3. We cannot fix our issues just by recognizing what
our triggers are.
Someone smart said: We cannot fix problems with the same type of thinking that caused them.
Corporate people especially—are so afraid of their emotions. We are all so afraid of being vulnerable. Vulnerable is messy—yes. We are all caught in the prison of what other people think of us. How will they judge us!
Yet, unless we resolve our issues from the inside out, we will not resolve them at all. “Head” cannot resolve issues of the heart. And we are both Head-and-Heart, both-and not either-or.

How many dare stay #present to the entire process?
I dare say our mental health is in direct correlation to our ability to get-real with ourselves. *applies to communities and companies too*
