Mental health: ?The fallout of the elections. Naresh Chand, Ph.D., Courtesy ADRxSynergy
Elections are a time of heightened emotions and spirited debates, which can cause stress for both candidates and their supporters. The public often naively believes alternative truths as facts. Many people form strong emotional bonds with their preferred candidates and engage in lively interactions on social media and conversations with others.
For half of the public, the outcome of the elections can be a source of joy, while for the other half, it can lead to sadness, sleepless nights, and a range of mental health issues such as insomnia, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Evidence also suggests that chronic stress may cause magnesium loss/deficiency. Magnes Res13(1):29-36, 2000.
Stress can profoundly impact the gut, brain, and cardiovascular system, particularly during elections. It manifests in various ways, including an imbalance in gut bacteria (dysbiosis), which can affect mental health and cause digestive issues like constipation, pain, and bloating.?
Stress can intensify physical sensations in the gut. This complex system, known as the gut-brain-immune axis, influences mood, behavior, and higher cognitive functions—a connection many may not know.?
Stress can increase the consumption of ultra-processed foods, which in turn raises the risk of dehydration, visceral obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease (CVD).
Stress, particularly during elections, can lead to various health issues, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, depression, and neurodegeneration.
Dr. Chand strongly suggests that the following strategies may help people affected by the election aftermath. By implementing these strategies, individuals can regain control and improve their well-being.
Optimize body hydration- Drinking (sipping) warm /hot CALM TEA, boiled water,?
Optimize breathing
Optimize GM nursing and nutrition:
Eating mild laxative plant-based foods rich in magnesium, soluble fiber, gel water, anthocyanins, and Ayurvedic spices should help most people deal with the medical consequences of elections. ?

It helps the R>D. K and Tim got 67,957,895 votes (48%)- thank all the great Americans who appreciate the kind, gentle, graceful, and effective campaign full of energy and momentum. 3 周Loss: It is ok to feel sad and low. Appreciate and acknowledge- what and how you tried your best to support your candidate. Loss or gain is a relative term. Politicians, Businessmen/women need all Americans to fulfill their ambitions and ideologies and sometimes our dreams and serve the nation/world and earn more money) and borrow more money from the next generations - hope that it will not bankrupt our nation https://www.instagram.com/reel/C4Vo-vpgz25 https://www.instagram.com/reel/C4Vo-vpgz25/
