Loneliness is a Disease
Loneliness is a disease that is increasing with the busy schedule of life. With work and personal lives getting busier for everyone and the increased use of technology has reduced the importance of human interaction and experiences. It is all about being available on social media platforms whenever possible.
Loneliness Spares No One
Loneliness is gripped by not only a person who looks sad but also a person who looks happy. It does not spare anyone irrespective of their financial situation. The essence of human interaction is reduced as people do not want to interact with other people if they are even bored for a second. Instead, they resort to means of fast entertainment given by social media platforms. For some, it is also a source of validation.
Awareness of Mental Health
The person gripped by loneliness is also not appreciated, respected or sometimes given time to listen by his or her close ones even. The irony is that the people who disrespect the state of this being are not aware of the serious consequences of the state of the person who is going through it. While the other person may need help and is also trying to seek help but is frowned upon by the community and society in general. People in general are not aware of their emotional state and do not value it.?
Hope from this mental health day, you take care of your mental and emotional well-being and also of your loved ones!?
