life presents ups and downs and in many cases, it brings with it stressful situations that affect one's, mental faculties. It is important for one to develop coping mechanisms so as to manage issues in life as they come. I have found it important for one to change environment or even to deviate your mind into something less stressful like a kitchen garden with green vegetation which is calm and brings about a relieving effect.
