It's May! Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental Health Matters Every Single Day, Every Single Month!
How do we define if someone is Mentally fit or unfit? It isn't easy to figure out if a person is mentally stable as easy it is to Figure out someone being physically unfit. Yet, Mental Health is as Critical as physical well being.
Mental health hasn't been Considered/Accepted by each and everyone, People seem to address it as vague rather than deeming it as a mental state. Mental health is an inner battle which is as intense, as real, as complex anything can be.?Mental health is inextricably linked to every trip we take.
When A Person's Mental Health isn't stable, he/she appears to be unproductive, aggressive, not being active, there's a sense of disconnection or say there's a wrong set of behavior. Mental health needs to be looked after and should be taken up as a profound issue, as almost each and everyone goes through a phase where they need someone desperately.
How is Mental Effect affected? What are the reasons for the same? Below are some of it :-
? Prolonged Stress
? Long lasting Depression
? Self Doubts/Low Self Esteem

Mental health if not stable makes things hard even if they are subtle, Little things seem to be a trigger, Vivid memories starts flashing back, self doubts and self blame eat up a person, everything that surrounds us suffocate the inner us. Mental health brings in self doubts with us, But one thing which I would like to tell everyone & Which everyone needs to hear is :-
? The World is A Better Place with you In it.
