Mental Health Awareness: How To See Your Next Step As An Entrepreneur

This month is mental health awareness month and this is a topic very close to my heart. I’ve been an entrepreneur and dreamer since I was a kid with many ups and downs. My mental health is something I’ve prioritized a lot over the last several years, especially as Reach Out became a public company. I’ve learned how to transform my mindset to achieve anything I set my mind to.

There are several ALL IN podcasts that touch on my personal transformation journey with tips and tools on how I improved my mental health. From navigating confusion and uncertainty within entrepreneurship to learning how to manage conflict to how to fire someone, these podcasts will help you take action, expand your mind and create more wealth and opportunity.

When You’re Not Seeing Your Next Step

Every entrepreneur experiences some level of deep stress and mental health challenges on their entrepreneurial journey. Mine took place between February and the middle of March.

In these stressful moments, it’s so easy to give up. To lose the vision. To let go of the motivation. Especially when everything may seem uncertain and cloudy.

In these moments when you can’t see your next step or where to go next, it’s essential that you keep holding onto your dream.

In this episode, I talk about my own experiences pushing through uncertainty and eventually reaching the other side.  I provide some practical tips and tools to help you keep your dream alive and know what to do when you don’t know what to do next.

This is an episode no entrepreneur should miss.

Unapologetically Authentic

Time is an illusion: our naive perception of its flow doesn't correspond to physical reality. And because it’s merely an illusion we are often under the belief that we can control it.

But time knows no control and no master.

All we can do is embrace it and flow with it.

This lesson really hit home for Kris Dehnert, CEO of Dugout Mugs. Kris joined me share more about his realization that time is borrowed, not owned, and how this has sent him on a journey of renewed perspective and acceptance.

Fire Your Weakest Link

Conflict is a natural part of human group interactions. It’s bound to happen some time or another due to various personalities and temperaments all gathered together in one place.

You can’t avoid conflict. It will always be there.

Expect it. Prepare for it. Understand it. Learn how to manage and navigate it.

When you know how to handle conflict in the workplace, you can create a team with unshakeable focus and emotional resilience.

In this episode, I share my own experiences with workplace conflict and confrontation, and the strategies I’ve implemented to make conflict management more effective and efficient.

I loved this podcast Rick Jordan. It's all about that one step and sometimes it does feel so hard. But we've gotta do it because there are people that believe in us ?

Brilliant. You are right on. Yesterday was one of those days For me, on those difficult days, when I feel like staying in bed, I have a procedure. Get up, shower, get dressed and leave the house. Yesterday was no suffered tab other days like this. After following this process, a new contract made itself available.
