Menstrual Health Benefits

For the past three months, I have made incredible changes to my health, and I am thrilled to share how these changes have transformed my life. One of the most significant improvements has been focusing on my sleep. For the past 90 days, my partner and I have been very intentional about our sleep habits, and it has made a world of difference.
This brings me to my second point: my Oura Ring. Living and breathing by everything it recommends has been a game-changer. Yes, it may sound like I'm a slave to it, but I am willing! When I follow its data-driven advice, I see noticeable improvements in my well-being.
I've added powerful tools to my wellness arsenal. This includes a suite of essential oils, Raspberry Leaf tea, and a new product I've started using—vaginal...suppositories (pessaries)! ?? Who knew these could make such a huge difference? But examining it further, I found that Foria has organic botanicals that I already use, albeit in tea form, such as Raspberry Leaf, which is good for protecting against inflammation and helping with mood due to Vitamin B6. Pessaries also alleviate pain by going directly to the source with rapid absorption, bypassing digestion, and if you're queasy, you will not need to swallow them.
But the biggest game changer of all has been the evening primrose oil!!! Taking it for the past 90 days has had a significant impact on my health. As a woman, I highly recommend getting your hands on it, no matter where you are in your life cycle. That means perimenopause, menopause, no menopause, premenstrual, menstrual....every woman can benefit, I truly believe in it.
I've also continued my weekly visits to the chiropractor and started going to Evolve Human Labs. The best thing you can do for yourself is to take care of your health! I cannot describe the relief of no longer having debilitating cramps that kept me bound to my bed.
A key part of my wellness routine has been incorporating rubbing oils onto my lower back and abdomen (heating pads will double down on the effect). Jimm Harrison 's Femme Vitality blend has geranium, clary sage, and vitex, and I'd say what I've noticed more than anything is that it has a calming effect because it smells like I'm in a garden.
I know that Clary Sage works wonders on menstrual cramps, providing much-needed relief and making my periods more manageable because of DoTerra which I have used (those guys owe me a fortune for raving about it but I never have sold it!). As for the other oil I mentioned, I use it most in my diffuser and my assistant benefited from it as well while also on her cycle.
On my way back from Florida, I noticed mild cramps and discomfort. They were present but not enough to keep me from getting on a plane back to San Antonio after a week-long biannual connect with Shanee Moret and Shankar Poncelet . Once I got back, I noticed a few cramps on day three, which is unusual for me. I used Jimm Harrison's Femme Vitality in my diffuser and on my skin. The blend calmed my nervous system.

Being the head of operations, I cannot afford to be down for too long, and frankly, who wants to be moody? Maintaining a positive mindset is crucial for my role. I've found that investing in my health and well-being not only boosts my physical health but also enhances my mental clarity and emotional stability. When I feel good, I perform better, and my mood is more stable. This allows me to lead effectively and handle the demands of my position with grace and resilience.
Prioritizing sleep, following my Oura Ring's guidance, incorporating essential oils like, Femme Vitality and evening primrose oil, and maintaining regular chiropractic visits have all contributed to my improved health. I encourage everyone to invest in their well-being—it's the best decision you can make for yourself.
Mindfully,
Antréa Ferguson
