This is a very important week for every male out there and the reason why is when it comes to our health gentlemen we, the majority, do not give it the attention that it truly deserves. The old saying comes to mind " she'll be right mate" which I have heard many times over during my career in the health industry. Now I could ramble on for pages but i am not going to, but instead make the undeniable statement "that without your health you have nothing"! The one significant example of this, that I provide all you males out there is the late Steve Jobs CEO of Apple who died a billionaire. Perhaps worth a thought?
