Men's Health Month June 2017

Men’s Health Month is a great time to have a think about our health and how important it is, to start talking about it with our workmates, families and doctors, and to do something for ourselves to be just a little bit healthier.

New Zealand lost around 6.7 million working days through absence in 2014 or 4.7 days on average per employee (Wellness in the Workplace Survey 2015). The health of the workforce is important to any business especially when they are our number one asset.

Consider a 1 hour interactive Men’s Health Talk encouraging the men in your workplace to take a more proactive approach to their health and wellbeing. It's a fun session but it packs a punch, addressing a lot of men's health issues that just don't get talked about enough.
