Menopause Awareness Month

In the UK, 15.66 million women aged 16+ were in employment at the end of 2022 according to the ONS.?

4.5 Million of these women are aged 50-64, and with women now staying in work for longer, it’s great to see that more and more companies are launching dedicated menopause policies and are starting to raise awareness and be open to talking about Menopause.?

Menopause has always been around, and it’s likely that every workplace in the UK will have someone who is experiencing it right now or someone that soon will be so employers need to create a more open culture and provide employees with the support they need.

Take a look at some of our programmes that can support those currently going through the Menopause.


Programme of the Week

Workshops for Women with Snow Lukka explores adrenal fatigue support, sacred sexuality and embodiment practices.

Snow supports women’s wellbeing and is a certified Sacred Femininity Facilitator. She provides both 1:1 and group work using techniques from Tao Tantric Arts, Dynamic Meditation and soothing Women’s Yoga, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs.

Introducing…Sophie Russell

Sophie is a level 3 Yoga and Pilates instructor, and a breathwork and sound practitioner.

She uses simple yoga postures and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and manage day-to-day stress.

With over 20 years of experience, Sophie delivers a range of sessions for corporate clients to help improve their physical and mental health. These can be delivered in person or remotely and be bite-sized or bespoke to take place in a workshop/wellbeing event if preferred.
