I speak with a lot of CEOs and company directors and I come across a commonality when discussing their health or lack of it!
Most have tried multiple times to lose their unwanted belly fat using various different workout and diet methods (Including those diabolical meal replacement shakes) yet they struggle to make it stick and enjoy life long results.
The issue here is not the system they have tried, it is with the word TRY itself.
When you try something you haven’t fully committed to it, you give yourself an out if you need it…
‘Well I tried and it didn’t work.’
I can pretty much guarantee that every single style of workout and diet plan does work when you keep doing it.
Trying means that you are kind of committed but also kind of not committed and this no man’s land sucks because it leads to a lot of negative self-talk like …
‘I just don’t want it badly enough’
Or
‘I don’t have the willpower’
Or
‘I don’t have the motivation to do it’
All lies and all come from being half committed because you tried it.
You see there is not really anything special or unique in my Supercharged Body System! The reason I get my clients phenomenal results is because I do not allow them to simply try it.
From the very first conversation, they are either all in or all out, personally, I do not mind which you choose as long as you make a choice.
