Men: It's ok to not be ok
May is mental health awareness month
Guys, let's shine the light and loose the "stigma" attached with Men's Mental Health. Men are far less likely to seek mental health therapies than their woman counterparts. Why is that? Most men cite embarrassment mainly. If we all come out of the shadows and support each other rather than hide behind our machismo, we could make the world a much kinder and empathetic place.
It's ok not to be ok, especially in these turbulent and unprecedented times.
