It’s tough for men, especially senior men who are often making major adjustments from traditional perspectives. Men must navigate their usual traditional role and the new emotional integrity that post pandemic economies demand.? The new work life dynamics occurring with DEI and ESG and SNGs and more!! As men lead and work in mixed-gender cultures, women are asserting themselves in ways that often confuse men. Different generations hold perspectives that clash and many old patterns of hierarchy and gender equality battles are blocking progress to authentic harmony.

WOMEN MEAN BUSINESS - YET WOMEN DON'T NEED TO PLAY THE SAME GAME AS MEN ANY MORE. WOMEN DON'T NEED TO BE 'MEAN' TO BE IN BUSINESS YET STILL FIND MEN PUTTING THEIR IDEAS DOWN.

For example Nelson Mandela was a man and showed us his gentle, philosopher nature in his reactive approach to life both in prison and in political leadership. He was a 'servant leader, thinker feeler, understood emotional 'Why are we doing this' and "Who is impacted" questions. He was a strong male presence yet different to a strong Ruler such as Donald Trump, who is focused on action first and foremost - and 'When action happens" and "what we do is...." quests. There are many Rulers who lead corporations today in similar mode who are kind and respectful of people yet still act with that 'action = results' mode of operation with emotional dexterity as second fiddle to results achieved through action.
