Memory of VF6030-12KW Loading Solution

If you are working at the laser industry, you could put yourself in my shoes and totally understand why I admire the wisdom of my customer who ordered 6030 model. Loading solution always been a problem for the machine which width exceeds 2.35m (the width of the standard container), it normally requires the wooden package and special container. But the detachable basement becomes the key of loading for ultra-big machine.

Considering the customer's cutting requirement is mainly 6000*2500mm or 6000*3000mm metal sheet, 6000*3000mm working table is required when they choose the product. As for the laser power, we recommend 12kw to deal with the 25mm carbon steel.

We customized two sets of iron frame to support the disassembled parts, so as to put all the parts into the 40HQ container, and the machine also includes several components, like fiber laser source, water chiller, voltage stabilizer, industrial dust remover( optional device) and air compressor(optional device).
